For those of you who have one, or more of Ron's scanner stands, post up!

I have one, and I was wondering how everyone else's looked in their shack. Mine is a double base/mobile, with a triple handheld stand on top.

I used to have a Pro-433 and a Pro-97 in addition to the group you see pictured. Pictured is my Pro-2055, Pro-528, and my air band only scanner, the Pro-82.

I sold the Pro-433 and Pro-97, to help fund a Pro-96, which will be placed to the left of the Pro-528. I'll also be getting another base/mobile to go underneath the Pro-2055. Thinking about a BCT-15.. But I wouldn't mind throwing a 996T, or Pro-2096 in there one day.

So show me your scanner stands!

(P.S.- Ron, this is good advertising for you!!)

There is a guy here that makes them from scratch, per your specifications. His name is Ron, and his name on here is "tonsoffun". He does good work. Granted, there are cheaper ways to display and operate your scanners, but I like to protect my investments best I can, so plastic angled picture frames and bookends are a no-no.

The stands are worth the money. I mean, seriously. Aside from the RS 800 duckie that's on the Pro-528, Ron's scanner stand is the second best investment I've ever made. In all honesty, I would have to put Ron's stands above computer programming software..

I'm not just saying it either, I'm a private individual who, like everyone else wanted a way to display my scanners, and protect them from falling off the desk, while keeping them neat. Ron delivered.

(P.S.- I also bought the Pro-2055 you see here off of his as well. Got the scanner, and this stand in a combo! He's not a scanner retailer, just had it for sale)

scanner stands

These are the ones I use. Nice oval ones with no sharp edges and a hole at the back for the antenna or can be used as a cable guide. I have a few. Picture here shows and empty one and one with a handy on it.

Sorry for the bad picture, but my stand was home brewed. I had a 2 meter HT on the left side and made a small nice addition to the shack.

Yeah I'm apparently the only one who has a scanner stand here...

I just ordered one. 2 base/mobile with a 3 handheld stand on top. Looks like he does nice work. He is busy because he said there is a 1 1/2 lead time right now because of prior orders. I will get pics on my site when I get it.

I just got mine today. I will have to send a picture. It is very well made. I would highly recomend his products if you are looking to get a stand.
