DSDPlus Returning to dsd+ after a few years. How to have latest fast lane?

Been out of the loop on DSD+ for some time and I just cannot find my files for dsd+

How can I retrieve the latest fastlane version?
Do we still need to install version 1.01 before overwriting with the latest version?
