I'm hearing traffic on 461.975 (the RRHA repeater) with a PL of 127.3 as well as what sounds like unit-to-unit traffic using 162.2 PL. From what I can tell, 162.2 PL isn't a repeater, but the traffic I'm hearing on it is pretty strong.
The 162.2 PL conversations are pretty similar to the traffic heard on the repeater, talking about maintenance requests and work orders...I'm wondering if RRHA is using the output with a different PL as a unit-to-unit channel...or if anyone knows of 461.975 being licensed and/or used by someone else in the Richmond area.
Note:
doing a license search on the FCC website (what happened to GULLFOSS???!!!) doesn't really turn up anything promising, with the exception of the Hopewell City School Board, which appears to be a repeater...however, that license (WPGT899) expired back in 2000.
