Anyone else having issues picking up the Richmond trunked system? I lost reception of it 2 days ago...Re-set the scanner, re-programmed...No luck. I am able to still pick up other 800 trunked systems (Oakland, BART, GGNRA, etc...) so I'm thinking there's been a change in the system.
