Richmond VCU Riot

There is apparently a riot occurring on the VCU Campus/Fan area of Richmond. I am picking up some operational traffic on STARS ID 6125. Activity center around Lombardi and Grace Streets where a car has been set on fire. Most likely this is about the disappointing loss in the Final Four.
