All 4 zones working properly no problems since 0800 this morning BTW Pawtucket fire is now operating full time on RISCON

RISCON is a very robust system. Multiple towers, zones, etc. It would take something incredible to actually take the whole system down.

Do you have all three of the control channel capable frequencies programmed for the Metro site? System may have switched to an alternate frequency.

RISCON is a very robust system. Multiple towers, zones, etc. It would take something incredible to actually take the whole system down.
Ive seen it go into "system truck" quite a few times....

do you mean SITE Trunk or Failsoft ??

I've never heard/seen a system with System Trunk ?

Site trunk = the traffic is only avail on that one site and is generally a Site Only failure
Failsoft = major issues at the controler(s) and there would be many scannists complaining vs the current few who are likely missing a Control Channel or two

Yes sorry SITE trunk a few times. I have seen a complete failure once in my last 15 years and all riscon radios were out for about 15 minutes. It went out over intercity.
