Had the opportunity to investigate this system the past couple of days using the old trusty laptop and discriminator-tapped BC780XLT running the LTRTRUNK program.
Have updated the database with info under the TN Homeland Security District 07 entry:

Here's a brief overview of the sites and home repeaters:
Site 2065 - Clarksville - Home Repeater = 453.3375
Site 2066 - Pleasant View - Home Repeater = 453.7375
Site 2067 - Ashland City - Home Repeater = 460.3625
Site 2068 - Kingston Springs - Home Repeater = 460.6250
Site 2069 - Springfield - Home Repeater = 453.0500
Site 206A - Cedar Hill - Home Repeater = 460.2500
Site 206B - Cross Plains - Home Repeater = 460.5875
Most comms take place on the Home Repeaters unless the tower site is busy. Program these in with no delay and it's as good as it gets with all those annoying data bursts every 2 seconds.
Clarksville has added several frequencies to their site. FCC licenses show three transmitter sites, but it appears they've lumped them all together and picked 8 of the 16 they are licensed regardless of actual location data on the FCC license.
Pleasant View site has changed its home repeater site since my last investigation of the system (over 1 year ago).
Did manage to ID one talkgroup for Robertson County - seems like they haven't fully switched over, or things weren't very busy during my time in the area.
