A friend of mine was trying to post

the question was. Rockland County EMS is being heard on 155.595. Is this a permanent patch or is it just for the COVID 19Pandemic

155.595 (77.0 PL) is the Haverstraw VAC paging channel. They are dispatched by the county 911 center, who identify as "Rockland EMS" on the radio (aka 44-Control). There is a permanent console patch in place between that frequency and TG 3051 (North Rockland EMS) of the trunked system. As such, you will also hear Stony Point VAC and Medic 1, since it covers both towns.

This link has been operational since December 2014, it's nothing new at all.
