Rocklin PD - Can’t find it?

I’m trying to program Rocklin, CA police/fire into my Whistler 1040, and I can’t find it.

I’m using the PSREdit software, and when I go to Placer County and select CIRN, the only agencies that show up are Sheriff, County, Lincoln, and Misc,

Can someone direct me to how I can program Rocklin into my scanner? I notice on the RR frequency list there should also be frequencies for Auburn and loomis, Coalfax and others. I can’t find any of them.

Rocklin is not on the Placer County system. You'll find them listed as a conventional channel.
