Rolling police escort I270N (Montgomery County)

@ approx 1755hrs on I270 N around exit 8

saw a rolling police escort.. at least 7+ boxed out 3 of the left lanes.. the last car i saw was US Capital Police..

anyone catch any traffic or know what that's about?
