On the SDS200 lower-right of the display, there is a RSSI with a minus changing numbers and dBm, - numbers dBm. The number always changing. What is this?

-84 dBm
-88 dBm
-86 dBm
-87 dBm
-81 dBm
-82 dBm
-73 dBm

RSSI is Relative Signal Strength Indicator. It is displayed in voltage as dB below 1mV into 50 ohms. The larger the voltage, the stronger the signal. It's unlikely you'll see a signal as strong as 0dB or more (a positive value). I'm sure the circuit in the radio has its limits.
