29-1 is not a frequency. This is a station ID number. I have no idea what you're referring to with the 111.1111.

SAVESgmc, by the looks of your screen name, I can only assume that you're part of the SAVES organiztion. If not, here's the explanation: SAVES is the result of a merger between four fire stations is Adams County. Formerly, each station had it's own station number. Now, they are all part of Station 29, and have been designated sub-station numbers. They operate under Adams County 911, and use Adams County fire frequencies as found at http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&ctid=2241. What else do you need to know?
