Those base (repeater) frequencies are scattered out at a number of locations.
451.8500 is only assigned (as a repeater) for the site in Riverside in Walker County.

461.7625 shows as licensed for the location at The Woodlands.

461.4625 is licensed for Conroe

Looks like the rest of the frequencies are assigned to the site in Huntsville, location 5 on the license.

Looking at your posting history, I see you asking questions about Whistler scanners., If you are using a Whistler scanner, "system type" is immaterial, as the Whistlers do not actually trunk track DMR (or NXDN) systems. They focus on the emission code in use, and receive signals based on that. For a system that is not very busy, a Whistler scanner may receive the activity enough to satisfy your needs. But you cannot actually hold on a specific talkgroup. The scanner just goes through the programmed frequencies & if one of the TGIDs that are programmed, it will stop on that transmission. (When a wildcard talkgroup is in play, the scanner would stop on any TGID that was not locked out.)

If I'm correct, and you are using a Whistler scanner, then create a DMR trunked system, with the base/repeater frequencies (station code FB2 on the license) assigned to the location shown on the license. Add a wildcard talkgroup to capture any new talkgroups.

If, instead, you were using a Uniden model. then you would need to ascertain the LCNs in use for each set of frequencies. For Uniden scanners, use ID Search mode to look for new TGIDs.

This is a CAP+ MotoTRBO trunk system. I only noted voice activity on these 5 channels:
462.0125
462.400
463.2125
463.5875
463.8375
Was there moving my daughter into her dorm last month.
Was not able to determine the LCN as I only got about 3 using LCN finder and it doesn't store partial results.
Will be going back up next month and try again.
Have logged about 5 talkgroups so far.
If someone else is able to keep their scanner on LCN finder during a weekday, they might have better luck than I did and please post results.
