San Bernardino System 8 changes?

I decided to scan system 8 and noticed some new freqs showing up.
857.3625
859.3875
859.8125
860.8375

The database lists them as D-FIRE-8, D-GOVT-7, etc...

Those conventional D-FIRE, D-GOVT, and D-LAW frequencies can also show up as trunked frequencies in the county. Where and when they get used (D-FIRE-6 thru 8 are not even in use anywhere yet) they use them in areas that will not affect it's trunked use.

I noticed the new freqs are only being used by the Fontana 1008 talkgroup. The normal mtn 8 traffic on the regular freqs.
