Looking at 2021_VHF | LA-TICP in Zone 15, the following items are different than the RRDB
C-1 to C-15 - all are MPL on input - except 1, 2, 4, 10, and 14
XSD T-16 - 166.9875 - PL 0.0
XSD T-22 - 154.325 - PL 103.5 - (apparently is just a different name for Escondido Fire Dispatch)
XSD C-15 - 155.19 R - PL 103.5 - input is 155.79 with MPL

The RRDB shows Tac 21 as 158.775 CSQ for DPW - the TICP does not have that channel listed in Zone 15)
