Good find, However I am not picking up anything on these freqs yet. No control channel or voice so far, but will be keeping an ear open.

I'm here in East Tulsa and I hear it just fine. So far I have heard OHP Troop B, OHP Turner Units, Sapulpa PD and the new Kellyville PD TG. You might check your scanner if you have the right freqs. BTW the current control channel is 867.7125
