Sarasota Repeater Problem??

I have a Uniden 396XT and it worked flawlessly to monitor the Sarasota County Digital Trunking System, from before rebanding to about a week ago. For about a week or so, for some reason it has been "locking on" periodically on various talkgroups and always on the Sarasota transmitter site. None of the other sites have "locked up" and they are receiving just fine (Osprey, Venice, High Hat, etc). It almost sounds like the transmitter at the site is staying on. I even updated the data via Butel/ RR and reprogrammed the scanner and nothing changed, open carrier on Sarasota site. Also occurs no matter where I am, home on the road, etc. Has anyone else experienced this situation? Any ideas. Thanks.

I have noticed the same problem, but I do not know what is going on so I switched mine over to the Osprey site and seems to be better.

Thanks for the info. At least I now know it isn't a problem with my scanner. I have re-preogrammed using every site frequency and disabled control channel only option. Same thing happens with Sarasota site. I finally programmed eliminating Sarasota site. Will see how that works out. I work in Sarasota so really would like to have Sarasota site operational. It will be interesting to find out what the problem is. Again thanks for responding
