Hidden software in cellphones has been going on for a while. I could not tell you for if the "feds" have spying on you but spying on someone via the cell phone is not a problem. In fact the software can be purchased on the internet to do just that for a few dollars.

Oh, well. Got a lot of responses, hasn't he? It's almost as bad as the thread where the Feds are sending software to everyone cell phone so they can "listen" to what we're saying, EVEN when the phone is TURNED OFF !!!
