Does anyon use scancat soft ware? How hard was it to order?

Depending on what scanner you are trying to use, there are much better choices. Be more specific about your models, and no doubt folks will jump in with recommendations.

Well right now the real problem that we're having is just getting it ordered. They give my mom some reason like the that there i only one guy in the office that can take the order is out of the office. The modles are the pro 97 & 2052.

Win-97 is great; I use Win-93 for for my 2053.

Don't use Scan Cat Lite

I highly recommend that you do NOT use Scan Cat (Lite). I posted a review I did with it programming a PRO-97 several months ago. The only real choice is WIN97 .. and that includes for programming the base equivalent of the '97.

There is no Starrsoft product for the 2052; Scan Control is likely the best for the 2052. I understand BuTel is developing software for this old radio, but I don't believe it's ready yet.
