Scan/Search from Lee County area

Previously mentioned spending some time in Lee Co for some R & R. Happened to catch two possible new entities for the area...

First -
I caught 151.9175 active with a CTCSS of 131.8...
Believe this is an "Oil & Natural Gas Company" called Bretagne, out of Beattyville, using a license of WQKK662...

Second -
Caught 461.9125 active.... only caught a few short pieces of traffic on this frequency.
Came across as a DMR system using a Color Code of 13. Due to the traffic being little, and me busy doing other things when it came across the radio, I could NOT catch "flavor", talkgroup or slot info....
This is supposedly licensed as "CORECIVIC" out of Beattyville, using WRAK733 for a license... also, has 463.5500 licensed for use, as well.

Looks to be a detention/jail facility for either the County, or the surrounding area....

Can anyone help shed some light on these?

Lee Adjustment Center is run by Corrections Corporation of America and uses DMR primarily in the UHF spectrum (as you have found). At the Lee Facility they have 2 repeaters and last I checked they were not running encryption. Most of the facilities ran by Corrections Corporation of America are using DMR.
