First post in this section but a recent update to Scan125 Control Program will be of interest to anybody who uses, or is thinking of using, their Uniden BC125AT, UBC125XLT, UBC126AT or AE125H scanner to stream audio. (Scan75 for BC75XLT/UBC75XTL/AE75H will soon do this as well).
Scan125 now creates an HTML file that details what the scanner is currently monitoring so people listening to the audio (e.g.) on Zello also get to know what they are listening to. See Scan125 Control Program User Manual
Next release of Scan125 improves the configuation/settings for the HTML file content (eg. colours, font sizes, etc)
I've also written a free utility called AutoFTP ( AutoFTP Program (nick-bailey.co.uk) that will automatically upload any file to any location. This is available for anybody to use if they wish to automatically upload their own files to their websites.
A Scan125 user uses this combination of programs with his UBC125XLT. When he is out he can listen on his phone to his scanner and see what he is lesenting to.
For those of you that have written programs to control scanners then you should consider adding this type of function to your programs and are welcome to use/recommend AutoFTP.
