ScanControl 6.1

I need help figuring out why I can not get my local trunked system to work using the ScanContol 6.1. This is the first time I have used a program to program my BC796D.
I had every thing working fine before I dragged every thing from RR into the program and reprogrammed the radio. I keep getting a message that it cannot find the control channel.
My local system is Roseville, Ca, a Motorola Type II. I have tried to use all Plans(1-4) and have had no luck. Everything worked fine before I reprogrammed it. I use Firefox as my browser and every thing programmed into my radio, channels and talk groups.
I have also posted on a Yahoo discussion group for the BC895XLT.

Data Grabber does not work well with Firefox - Ken is working on a fix, as detailed on the Scan Control yahoo group. Likely this is part of your issue, though it may not be the only thing.

By the way, Netscape doesn't work well either. That too is being worked on as I write this.

check and make sure the control channel did not get locked out.i know it sounds crazy but that is what happened to me.actually the whole bank was locked out after i loaded it into the radio.might not be the problem though. thats just what happened to me.

Adam is correct, my 785D trunking freqs all paste locked out. Using IE7
