is there a tutorial showing the best way to get audio from my scanner to youtube? i have OBS if that is required. i have no idea where to start. thank you for any assistance.

i am not seeing where this tutorial shows how to push audio from a scanner to youtube for a live stream. my apologies, since i forgot to state i would like to host a livestream of my scanner audio to youtube.

You have to have some sort of video streaming along with the audio. Nothing says it can't be a still pic or better yet a screen cap with the channel info or a webcam pointed at the scanner display.
