Hello,
I need some help. I have tried 2 methods of installing ScannerCast on a Dell Dimension 2350 running XP Pro.
Method 1: Downloaded right for RR. Got through WinZip. Installed fine then when I try to open it I got the error that is below.
Method 2: So then I thought, hmm. Mabye if I take the files off of another computer I could put them on the Dell and that would work because it was a installation error. But then I tried to open it and I got the same error.
Please tell me what I need to do to fix this. If it has any effect, I will be running 2 feeds from this computer.
