So after pulling my hair out for three weeks, I think I have finally been able to program my 396XT. But now I cannot get it to scan. I have two systems set up in the scanner, one labeled conventional and the other ARMER because there are some frequencies around where I live that are not 800 mhz. The scanner will only scan the conventional system. Anybody have ideas what I need to do to get it to scan the ARMER system. I've tried everything I can think of. Thanks!
