Scanning Wallingford PD/FD

Hello - have been programming my new BC 996T but seem to be having a problem with the Town of Wallingford - I have programmed the frequencies listed in rr but don't get any traffic on these - I live close by so I know I should be receiving them and I get reception on much further towns - does anyone have a good frequency list for Wallingford PD/FD?

I understand Wallingford is a conventional system on NFM for the most part - its the only set of frequncies I am having trouble with - anyone have any ideas as to why this might be?

i think they only really use 866.4875mh, ch 2 for dispatch P25,
they use channel 3 for Detectives, but it is Encrypted, i live in meriden and i always listen to wallingford and cheshire, P25, very good audio, let me know if i can be of anymore help

I monitor Wallingford PD from West Haven on my 396 (I sold it and it is shipping tomorrow, boy am I going to miss this radio-That's ok I'll buy another within the next month I'm sure.) Anyways I get traffic on 866.4875 all of the time. Make sure your radio isn't in trunk mode for this freq. check all of your settings on the channel also.
