BCD325P2 that i programed earlier the startup key's scanned left to right ( normal ) now i got the same scanner back to add more conventional channels to it & now the startup key's scan right to left, why is that ?

While scanning, rotate your control knob one way or the other to change the scan direction...

What does scan direction mean?
Whether the scanner scans from the beginning of the list and down the list or from the end of the list to the top of the list.
In most cases, it makes no difference.
