Scantenna/ST-2 Dimensions

I've looked all over the web and maybe I'm missing it but does anyone know the dimensions of the mast that comes with the Scantenna or its equal the ST-2 antenna? I want to know the inside and outside diameter of the mast tube so I can plan how I will attach it to my 10-foot mast. Thanks in advance.

Don't know the dimensions but it comes with the U-Bolt to fit a mast of 1 1/4" to 1 1/2".

Thanks Ron................ya know, I think I'm overthinking this. Just another newbie chafing at the bit while he waits for his new radio to be delivered. LOL

Haha, I know what you mean. Just put that mast up and attach the antenna with the supplied U-Bolt and you will be fine. Remember to seal all connections properly to keep the weather out.

Also when you get a chance read up on lightning protection for your antenna.
