Screen going blank

Running a SDS100 in battery mode after 35/42 seconds my screen goes blank almost like a computer screen saver I hit menu and it pops back up how do I control this ?

It comes back on when there’s a transmission receiving transmission the screen comes back on

Keeping the backlight lit on the SDS100 would drain the battery a lot quicker. Take a look at the LCD & keypad backlight options here

Thank you very much for your help I have gotten it all straightened out it was a simple simple fix just overlooked a certain area of the settings

And just a point, you did this on the scanner so you need to "read from scanner" in Sentinel so these settings will get imported into Sentinel not get overwritten next time you "write to scanner".
