SD card file error

That's what it keeps telling me. It only stays on for 10 seconds and goes off...Any ideas or suggestions?

HP-2: - Homepatrol 2

I have read the post and still can't get it to work, I get the error message. Batteries are good, new USB cable, new 32kb card and still nothing. Any suggestions? I emailed Uniden week ago and tried support and no luck with response. Thanks ya'll
