I have been using SDR# Studio for my Airspy HF Discovery & SDRUno for my RSP1A.
Have set up similar frequency databases for both in each software.
I have now discovered SDR Console V3 which will run both devices.
However efforts to setup a similar frequency database in that, is proving to be a headache.
I can import huge databases I am unlikely to ever use, but to create a simple one using the same format is the problem for me.
It's probably very simple but I can't get my head around it.
I spent a couple of days browsing forums & watching videos & I'm no further ahead.
I've registered on the sdr-radio.com forum but are not cleared to post a thread as yet.
So here I am searching for help.

Basically what I want to have is several different groups/categories
VHF Aircraft.
HF Aircraft
Local RT frequencies.

If I can get that working, then setup satellites.

Look here first: https://www.sdr-radio.com/frequency-database

As long as it's in .csv use the program's utility. I can't recall off of the top of my head the difference between the two, but when I download frequency tables, etc. I do it both in .xml and .csv as one program prefers one format and the other does the other. Keep the files in the original format elsewhere after you convert because sometimes you have to change the antenna port in the files if you upgrade or change from a different SDRPlay unit. For example when I went from a RSP1 (one port) to a RSP2 (3 ports) and then to a RSP1A (back to 1), so it meant a global edit to swap the ports in the files.

To me it's an extra step but some prefer a program called CSVUserListBrowser to manage all of the list, that may work for you. Also, look for the SDR Console group at groups.io, they're active and you should be able to post immediately. However, if you search the threads you may find the answer there.

Good luck!

Thanks for your reply.
I did have a good look there before I posted the thread.
All the info is there, but my problem is co-ordination with what my eyes read & what my brain deciphers from it.
It gets worse as I get older.
However I did have a breakthrough with the Satellites.
SDR Console has a Satellite section already installed.
It's a brilliant piece of software, I just need to work out how to use it all.
I still have a problem, most likely caused by myself with creating my custom frequency databases.
I decided to import the EiBi database file & modify it to suit my needs.
I found this to work successfully in SDRUno.
I downloaded the sked-b21.csv file, loaded the 17,109 files but nothing happened when I clicked on add to database.
I saw this done successfully on a youtube video, so I know it should work.

Any assistance in this area would be appreciated.
