SDR Trunk - Resuming Monitoring

I hope I can explain this.

I have downloaded SDR trunk in an effort to monitor/investigate a local LTR system. When I first started, I entered all the known frequencies of the system individually, giving them all the same System Name, Site number, and LTR decoder. Each frequency's source is set to tuner, and the preferred tuner is one of the two RTL2832 dongles I have plugged in. As far as I know, that was all I needed to do to begin seeing activity in my channels list. Under "playing" in the channels tab ("status" in the Now Playing tab - I can't remember where I saw it) I was getting the message "IDLE" for all the frequencies, and the details started displaying the LCNs of the frequencies selected.

I thought ... cool! I think it's doing what I hope it would. So, I closed it down.

Now today, I've fired up SDR Trunk again. All the channels have repopulated in the channels tab, but nothing seems to be happening. Do I have to "start" it?

Where is playlist Editor?

Found it. I was using an old version of SDR Trunk.
What would it mean if I was getting a burst of "static" when listening to an LTR frequency via SDR Trunk (Idle turns to Call), but on that same frequency on my radio, there is nothing?

I am monitoring an LTR frequency that on my radio carries an intermittent click that is common with LTR. Should I see any activity on SDR Trunk as I'm monitoring that same frequency set to LTR.

@rkillins I too am an SDR Trunk newbie. I've had my two RTL-SDR v.3 dongles for almost a year and a half... played with them and SDR# for a week (got them working with a powered USB hub since the PC I intend to use doesn't have enough USB ports), and then put them away... just too busy with household/family stuff. Yesterday's the first time I played with SDR Trunk v.0.4.0 for a couple hours and put that away too 'till after Christmas. Company shutdown next week so I'll have the time to hopefully get it up and running on my county's P25 Phase II system and streaming on Broadcastify by New Year's Eve. Good luck, and Merry Christmas!
