SDRTrunk "Error No Tuner Available"

I am new to SDRTrunk and I have been decoding trunked radio control channels no problem. I just made a DMR channel but I get a message that says "Can't play channel. Error no tuner available."

SDRTrunker see the tuner (Airspy Mini) waterfall works, but no go.

can anybody tell what might be happening? Thanks.

Are other channels already active? Are all of the channels you're attempting to decode within the Airspy Mini's 6 MHz bandwidth?

no other channels are active (playing). i have only created one other channel at this point which is outside the 6 mhz bandwidth but it is not playing at the same time. could that be a problem?

so i guess i needed to create a new playlist for this frequency because it was out side the 6 mhz range of the first test channel i created. that seemed to fix the problem.

As long as no other channels are active, it really shouldn't matter. I'm not sure why it wouldn't start up. What release of SDRTrunk are you running?
