SDRTrunk Sdrtrunk no audio

Hi sorry, I tried to search for this but only found p25 issues. I set up sdrtrunk and get waterfall but no audio. Ran airspy and I get audio. Am I not turning something on, I checked all options can't seem to get audio . I put in noaa weather and no audio on sdrtrunk but noaa audio on airspy.
Thank you from a noob. I'm running it on win 10 laptop. Amd e1 Is processor. 16 gig ram.

16GB on an E1 - ambitious. Making sure you installed the Java library.

I don't see where the JMBE library loaded. I think this is only needed for P25 but you have the 5.0 alpha 3 version and Java and the JMBA library is integrated in with this version. I'm thinking something didn't compile correctly or by being an older version may not be compatible with something in your system. Current version is 5.0 alpha 6. Try downloading and running that.

Thank you both for your replies still having trouble I'm gonna set it up on another Windows 10 machine a desktop and see if that has any luck and if it works then maybe there's something with the laptop

Make sure to set up your playlist with systems, this software doesn't work like Airspy ( I assume you mean SDR# when you say Airspy in this case), you have to set up frequencies and tell it what kind of system you are listening to and tell it to play. SDRTrunk is used for decoding trunking systems it supports, We had the same issue in another thread yesterday where we determined the user thought the software worked like CubicSDR, another analog SDR application where you can just drop the VFO on a frequency and hear what's going on.

Thank you immobile. That's what I was doing wrong, thought I could put in frequency and just listen to it.
