SDRtrunk rdio setup (API key

so, got a question for all you SDRtrunk aficionados. Just wondering, how do I get SDRtrunk to pipe into rdio-scanner? I know there is supposed to be something to do with an api key, but I'm not sure where I would find that, and what I need to do with it

I think I used the docs from rdio to setup that stuff. Basically in the rdio admin page you will create an API for sdrtrunk, then that gets plugged into SDRtrunk. There are a lot of moving parts to pull it all together but it works well when you get it going. Feel free to message me offline if you like.

I was just going to suggest that! I'm using the same setup... Works pretty slick.

I used Dirwatch to link the two together. Simply add the record files directory to Dirwatch and that was it. Im just now tinkering and learning myself. While I'm here,,,, While your web interface is setting idle does it read "scanning"? I was on another persons feed and his did. Mine, however, just sits on the last active TG shown. I read a github article of someone suggesting that it would be nice for it to read "scanning" or somethinf similar but none of the updates indicate that was implemented. I downloaded the latest version (Windows).

Your SDRTrunk directory configuration can be found in User Preferences. Since SDRTrunk supports Rdio Scanner API, you can stream instead. I'm not sure what happens if you use both.
