SDS 100 NEW IM LOST...

I sold my 436 and picked up a new sds100 today w DMR installed. I went to upload my favorites etc from sentinal but came back as nothing to scan. I selected my zip and its working. However, why isnt my favorite database from my 436 uploading to the new scanner? I have the correct scanner under tools selected but very confusing any help is greatly appreciated

Does your SDS 100 shows your FL being loaded upon turning on your scanner and are the services selected?

Did you change the target in sentinel to SDS 100?

Check the SDS100 profile and make sure you have it set to download and/or monitor the favorites lists you want.

You need to have the Target set for SDS100 and also a Profile for the SDS100.

If Location Control is set to On for your favorite list, try setting it to off.
