I've programmed my SDS100 and my SDS200 numerous times and have never had this issue. I am going to be in Dauphin County Pennsylvania later this week. I have programmed the county trunked system as well as the PA Turnpike and the PA P25 system all using different favorites lists to be able to turn them on and off as desired. I have dumped all of the Hershey Park systems into a favorites list (#2). My SDS-100 has the DMR upgrade. When I power on the scanner it will NOT allow me to select FL2. I've made sure all of the service types are checked and it won't budge. I did notice that the folders have some sort of D on them as shown.

Any thoughts on this?

Where are these settings? I downloaded these from RR and did it exactly as i've done the others.
In Sentinel it's under "Edit", then "Scan Selection". Not sure if Butel SW has that setting.

You need to check your settings/profile by using Sentenel....
Install it - READ from the radio first thing - then look at your programming.

I think the "D" stands for Department. If that's the case then you should see folders with "S" meaning Site. I don't see those.
Do you have the sites programmed in?

Here's what I found...
ARC is NOT downloading the site frequencies! It downloads all of the site and talkgroup info but NOT the frequencies.
Can anyone else that uses ARC verify that this happens to them as well?

Pretty sure when you download using any software that is should include the site freqs. Is there a check box or something similar when you do the import? Can you try to import from rrdb and post some screenshots of what your seeing on your screen?

That's because the list you have shown are trunked system "D"epartments which are just Talk-Groups within the trunked system. I don't know about DMR systems, but P25 systems consist of sites, sites have frequencies, not departments (agencies). Departments have 1 or more Talk-Groups.

The D is system type DMR. In the RR import window you need to select the site/ trunk frequencies that you want to import.

Yes. I understand that part. I've programmed tons of scanners of all types and have imported several trunked systems and am very familier with that. I imported the Hershey systems the same as other systems. I didn't leave the sites unchecked. As a matter of fact I selected all of the sites. The only way I could get it to work properly was to import it from Sentinel to the scanner THEN out to ARC to make my changes THEN back to the scanner.

@Butelsoftware you might want to check things on your end. I just tried to download Hershey on Arc330pro and it excludes all sites when checked.

It also wont download sites on an analog Motorola systems or Ltr systems which the 330 is capable of.

Tried again this AM and Motorola and LTR freqs do download correctly.

I believe I missed the MOTO and LTR freqs last night as its been a long time since I used that software.

In the RR import window select the trunk options tab and make sure the Import all Control Channels is selected.
