SDS100/SDS200: SDS-100 Sentinel Priority Greyed Out..

Hello,

I am trying to program Priority channels via Sentinel software to my SDS-100.. The issue i am having.. Is.... I can easily navigaye / scroll to locate the city/town that i am looking to make a Priority within my favoritres list.. And then i can bring that city/town up by itself.. So far so good... However, when i try to click on the Priority on/off box.. I just keep highlighting the entire line in blue... Same thing for the Alert on/off for that city/town.. I am not able to click on that one by itself as well.. Just the entire line highlights 8n blue.. What am i missing here? Tnx

Priority is a complicated option to program and use.

I'm not sure what's causing your issue but this described its use:

Thank you for the links i will have to read up and look into this further. I thought this was going to be an easy fix. 😕

It sounds like you are in "browse" mode looking at your favorites list. In that mode, when I click on anything, the whole line turns blue. You have to go into "edit" mode to make changes to any of the entries. On the top line, click on EDIT and then on EDIT Favorites. Then you can change things. Be sure to save them.
