SDS (Non-US) new firmware with waterfall

It's up to Avera to order that feature to be included in Sentinel-EU and the EU firmware, if they want to pay the cost for the implementation. US scanners doesn't get dPMR and extended frequency coverage that EU scanner has but I would guess that Avera would like to have the waterfall and improved decode quality for the EU models, if it has been enough of them sold. But usually Avery have waited until a new feature have matured and any bugs been fixed before they will offer any upgrades to EU users, so it will be at least a months waiting time.
Maybe Butel will let us know when he gets a beta version to test with his programs, and an upgrade can be done from his website to ARC536.
Butel have an interesting text at his Facebook page, that Avery presented the waterfall feature in a september show. Avera only distribute the EU versions of SDS scanners.
"Uniden has released new firmware for the US models SDS100 and SDS200 thru Sentinel that includes the waterfall option that was annouced at the Avera event last september. There is no news yet about a new release for the E versions."

Avera doesn't distribute US scanners to its dealers, so the purpose of the announcement must have been to show to the dealers what Avery have already ordered to be included in the EU firmware?

Uniden's product support policy in Europe is in complete disarray. From what I can see, Avera seems to be the authorized company, but it functions solely as a distributor.
From previous updates:
The relevant Sentinel software is released at unidenholdings.jp/en/business/wireless (Japan), and the current version is still listed as v2.03 r1.
For purchasing options (keys), uniden.com.au/product/scanner-upgrade/ (Australia). However, there doesn't seem to be any updates for the waterfall at this time.
As you can see, it's a complete mess and neither Avera nor JoeBearcat (Uniden US) seems to care about our firmware-related issues!
Uniden should have taken charge of the software business themselves. Now, we have to wait according to Avera's discretion

On Facebook SDS200E UK users group, there is a confirmation from Avera, that Uniden is working on the waterfall update for EU versions. It will be available in near future, yet the exact date is not known.

Stilll not resolved. Latest SDS sentinel states my current firmware 1.22.0 sub 1.02.01 as latest. Same on your side guys?

They probably first will make that Australian webpage ready to accept waterfall keys to be bought before the firmware are released.

It's €23 for the waterfall key but I first tried to upgrade but I had the latest firmware, so not released yet.
But have all the bugs in the US version been fixed so they can start to make firmwares for USDS and E?

I think the SDS Sentinel software will have to be updated first, before the firmware update can be downloaded and installed.
Uniden offers still the old Sentinel V2.03.01 for E models, no update yet.
EDIT: @VK5DT mentioned something about updated Sentinel V2.05.03, but I was not able to find it anywhere.

BTW, will the USDS Sentinel work with SDS200E and SDS100E or is it only for USDS100?

It's only for USDS as that model have a different name for the folder on the SD card.
