My SDS100 is not being "seen" by Sentinel. I can't read or write to radio. I have tried different USB cables with no lick. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Is the scanner in Mass Storage mode? When the scanner power cycles, do you get a prompt "USB Cable Detected... Press E to put the scanner in Mass Storage mode"

Hi & welcome to the RR forums:
When you connect USB cable from computer to the SDS100 & with scanner powered on are you prompted to put the scanner into mass storage mode? If yes, press the "E" key then Sentinel should see it

If you see that and press "E", open your Windows Explorer and look for something in your drives that says "USB Drive" and double click it. You should then see in the window that opens, "BCDx36HP".

If you see that, you know your computer and scanner are connected. If you do not, then there might be a cable issue. Possibly a connector issue. Hopefully you are using the supplied cable, rather than doing something like have one that you've had laying around and try the GPS port instead of the correct one.
