SDS100/SDS200: SDS100 Problem with downloading two systems

Hello all,

I have a strange issue, I have programmed two systems and assigned them to Quick Key 83 and 86. For some reason they do not show up on the "Set Quick Key Status" manual. I am able to access them via "Review/Edit Systems" and can confirm these two systems are assigned Quick Key 83 and 86, with none of the sites and departments locked out or set to avoid.

Anyone has came across similar issue before?

Everything is set to ON in "Select lists to monitor"

Look at your Sentinel Profile. Under the Quick Keys Status tab, make sure both of these QKs are enabled, You can <right><click> in that blank area, which gives you a pop-up menu with the option to enable, or disable, all of the QKs.


You have the same option of setting key status on a specific Favorites list in the list editor.

There is another similar status section for each system, that affects Department and Site key statuses

Did you set Download ON in your Profile for these two systems in Sentinel before uploading it all back to the radio?

If you hover over the FLQK, does it show that FL?

Do you have Service Types enabled for that FL?

Set them to DOWNLOAD and MONITOR in EDIT PROFILE

Hello,
I found out my issue, turns out the two systems had about 15 site each, the sites were created but no frequencies were entered. Once I entered the frequencies the sites populated properly on the SDS100.
