I currently have a system set up to monitor.

Gloucester County NJ.

I have all channels IDs open and listening too.

I can choose to avoid different channel ID's and the systems scans fine, once I avoid one specific ID lets say 120, the system shows nothing to scan. Any idea why this is happening? The second I clear the avoid, the scanners shows ability to scan the system again.

Maybe some Service Types need turned on or quick key settings are the issue?

Thank you. That was exactly what it was. For one reason or another, Fire-Tac was set to OFF and Multi-Dispatch was enabled.

Once I put the Countywide Dispatch on AVOID (too many EMT/BLS calls), The "Nothing to Scan" message appeared.

Thanks for pointing me in the proper direction.

When the SDS100 is shipped, and/or when Sentinel is first installed, only Dispatch service types for Public Safety are enabled: Law Dispatch, Fire Dispatch, EMS Dispatch, & Multi-Dispatch. You also need to enable the Tac and Talk service types for each of these" Law Talk, Fire Tac, etc.
