So a year or more ago someone uploaded an SDS100 stand for 3D printing here and on Thingiverse.

I moved about a year ago and hadn't touched a scanner for a year or more. Got the bug a week or two ago (and now I'm going off the deep end, help!).

I printed an SDS100 stand but couldn't find it anywhere, so this morning I started a new print and then of course about 2 hours into the print I found the one I printed originally.

I'm left with two choices. Buy another SDS100 :) , or give this stand I'm printing away.

AND THAT IS PROVIDED THE PRINT TURNS OUT OKAY. Still hours to go.

I WILL NOT, WILL NOT, WILL NOT sell the thing. I didn't design it, I didn't do anything but print it. I don't much like people who take other people's work and steal it and sell it for profit.

Anyway if anyone wants it, IF IT TURNS OUT OKAY I'm happy to send it to someone in the US only. Best deal going. The one I'm printing is the same color as in the photo.

If by some freak of nature someone in New Bern, NC wants it that trumps First Come, First Serve. I'll update when the print completes later today.

I suggest you buy the second SDS100, and then give both away.

My address will follow....
It's yours unless, the print fails or someone I can hand it to in town without paying shipping comes forth.

I very much could use it, if you deem it is worthy! Will at least pay shipping.

Now its yours, same condition above applies. I'll pay shipping if nobody here locally chimes in. The second the print stops if nobody from New Bern posts its yours.

It's off the bed, looks perfect and nobody from Home Town chimed in. Message me your address and I'll throw it in the mail tomorrow or Tuesday.

I considered buying a 3D printer, but when I found out how long it takes to print stuff...
This was a 9 hour print. It is what it is. I stick a camera on my prints and check them every 30 minutes or so to prevent massive disasters.

I printed these for a couple of guys a couple of years ago. I uploaded the files from Thingiverse. Never "charged" anyone for the print. A couple did make a "small" donation for my time printing and shipping. I'm quite sure I did not make money on them. But I wasn't trying to. Just trying to help out other hobbyist.
