Utilizing zip code feature on SDS100,how do I lockout unwanted Frequencies that appear ?

Press the Avoid key. I don't believe there's a way to permanently avoid without programming said frequency(ies) or system into a FL

if you push twice on avoid it will permanently avoid the channel

These radios can be a bit intimidating at first.
You REALLY need to RFM, to at least get familiar with the basics.
People here are glad to help with specific issues, but it is really up to you to learn the basics...
