Sds200 discovery mode

Yesterday a ran an all day discovery mode....lots of hit and lots of duds but now when I just run normal scanning it goes into discovery...help...oh yes Imwant to retain the discovery for future scan when local fair begins but this is not helping

How are you exiting Discovery Mode? You can use the 1st softkey (highlighted with "to Scan") to exit Discovery and return to scanning. Or, you can press the squelch/MENU knob to access the discovery menus.

It automatically includes the discovery findings in scan as a system. You will have to avoid that system manually.

ah yes.... As Ubbe mentions, “Set Auto Store = on” turns Auto Store on and will create a Favorites List called Conventional or Trunking Discovery. You will need disable this Favorite List if you don’t want it to be scanned.
