Good morning, I have a question about my sds200. Actually, 2 questions, is it normal that during the AM hrs that the clock is in military time, and during the PM hrs it’s in regular time. Also how come the date on my sds200 does not change at the right time. Thanks

The SDS200 only has military (24hr) time. You probably set the time in the afternoon as 3:00, but to the scanner, that was 3 in the morning. If you set the clock at 3 in the afternoon, you need to enter it as 15:00. Be sure you set your time zone and daylight savings time appropriately as well.

The time and date have to be entered through the scanner's menu system, but the time zone and daylight savings settings can be set either through the menu system or through the Sentinel software.

If this is a new scanner the database is probably quite a bit out of date, have you updated the firmware and database through the Sentinel software yet?
