Searching for Frequency

How do I search for frequency information? When I try it says I am not entering it in the correct format (it shows 000.0000) and if I enter 464.7750 I get that message that it is not in the correct format? What does it want to see?

Okay first, I split your question off, it had nothing to do with the topic you originally posted in.

Second, you are already a "Premium Subscriber", see that icon on the right side of the box that has your UserID in it?

Now to the meat of your question, where exactly are you putting that query? Unless you can tell us exactly what you are doing, we can't see if there is a problem.
