Seattle FD Changes

Has there been some changes to SFD’s radio plan? I am seeing some new talk groups. Specifically Locution is now on 1751 and the addition of battalion talk groups.

They are still on 1744. What you saw was a "multi-select" status bit increment (TG ID +7).
Due to the recent unrest and protests, they probably are using some additional TG's for support.
