Sentinel: Sentinel Software loading discover file failed cloud provider not running

I loaded the software and tried to add a favorites list; when I went to write to the scanner, I received a message indicating that the discover file failed cloud provider was not running. Has anyone else seen this error, and if so, how to rectify this issue? I also did the old uninstall software, downloaded it again, and received the same message when writing to the SDS100 Scanner.

Doesn’t sound like an error generated from Sentinel. Do you have Sentinel files stored on Google drive, OneDrive or other cloud storage?
