SF Bay area Narcotics Frequency

[SCPD]

I have been listing on 154.68 to what seems someone on an "Airplane " directing ground crew to follow there subject.
What are other what it seems narcotics Frequencies are there to listen to ?
I'm only hearing the "Plane" side off the communication. What other frequency should i listen too.

Thats a CA DOJ freq. You might also listen to 154.665. You can hear simplex surveillance ops on these freqs statewide.
